"We're just two lost souls living in a fish bowl, year after year......."

Could New York's move against Trump spell trouble for your next car trade-in? Listen as JB strips away the veneer of what many are calling a political witch hunt and reveal the absurdity of criminalizing standard business valuations. We're not just talking numbers here; we're talking about a dangerous precedent that could turn businessmen into boogeymen for doing what's been routine. We're all about stoking the flames of debate and this time, we're fanning the embers with an episode that questions the fine line between law and sanity.

This is no ordinary conversation about right and wrong. We're wading into the murky waters where morality clashes with legality, and where financial bigwigs seem to skate free while others take the fall. And let's not forget the ideological tug-of-war shaping our nation's soul—where socialism, Marxism, and the cherished tenets of American freedom are at stake. As we navigate through the complexities of resilience and unity, we'll remind you how the power of individualism can keep the American spirit burning bright. So, join us—where being an outspoken underdog isn't just accepted, it's celebrated. Stay amazing, and remember, Give Zero is where we lock arms and hearts in the pursuit of something greater.

Speaker 1:

You're listening to Give Zero, where everything matters but your feelings, howdy ho, friends and neighbors, it's your buddy JB here with you on Give Zero. Go and get your coffee, drink out and all that stuff. We're gonna do rock and roll. I'm jacked on coffee so we can do our little. Get together, let's go Now. Your host, who gets absolutely zero fucks, joey Bruno, how y'all doing. It's your buddy JB. Ooh, a little more. Me in the headset. Let me turn that up. We all need a little more JB. This is your buddy JB here.

Speaker 1:

Host of America's number one. Thank you very much. Third rate podcast, Gives Zero, and I am absolutely thrilled to be here with you, glad to have you with me, because you know love. The world needs more of it and you and I are providing that thing right now. It's a beautiful thing. It's unbelievable, as Andrew Dosclay used to say, yes, it's unfri-g-ing believable. Good to have you here with us. We are proud to continue to be growing. That's thanks to you, all of you out there Telling your friends and your buddies, or maybe people you don't like hey, check this thing out.

Speaker 1:

I don't know, but whatever it's doing, I got some new numbers in a little bit earlier and I am very, very thankful for all of you, very thankful. So we're gonna cover a couple of things here. As usual, I had a really nice thing laid out. I had it outlined. You know I'm not gonna fall that one bit. You start doing stuff like show prep, like someone that's good at this would do. We'll lose that third rate status way too quick for my liking. So for my third rate audience, your third rate host is glad to keep it steady for all of us, and by that let's do what we normally do. So let's go ahead and get our rituals rocking and rolling.

Speaker 1:

So if in your woods black coffee, for me fresh, piping hot this time I gave it an extra 60 seconds or so before I push the little green button so I didn't scald my face off again but for me black coffee, for you it may be that and or or including multiples of the following you beer, you wine, you whiskey, you gin, you vodka, you me scotch no, not scotch, why say it with me, because scotch sucks Zima. You white claw, whatever flavor you like. White claw tastes like wheat, grapefruit in the way that TV static sounds. And of course, tequila, which we do not talk about nearly enough on this program. If you got something special, you want to roll that thing up on the back deck and partake by firing it up and inhaling deeply and holding it, please feel free to do so. You do, you, america, we will all do this together on the count of three, by partaking together and as we complete our sip, puff, whatever, whatever it is you're doing, we will say good stuff, ready on the count of three One, two, three, good stuff. The only thing that's on par with listening to this little offering. I'd say we're kind of tied neck and neck, kind of with midget wrestling. It's close. Whether, without the Jell-O, you make the call, I don't know. I don't know, but we're right there in that and that will be how the stuff.

Speaker 1:

So I start our little episode, finally, by positing this question to you have you ever traded a car? Have you ever traded a car that's a dealership or what I mean? You're a trade car? If you have, then based on the Trump ruling in New York, if you lived in New York, my friend, you are a criminal. I say it again If you were in the state of New York and you've ever traded yourself a car in to purchase another vehicle or some sort of transom in action. You criminals? What do you mean by this JB? I'm going to tell you right now. So this Judge Ingeron, this Judge Hemeroid whatever the hell his name is and the Cretacean Misha Babibi, babibi, james, have described together, emmerced themselves, without a jury present, whether the judge, already making the statement that he was guilty before trial, started that by saying that Mar-Lago was worth more than $15, $16 million, whatever it was that the judge decided it was worth, why. And then he went to the bank to get loans, using it maybe as collateral or whatever else it is, valuating that property more than that.

Speaker 1:

Hem's a criminal and he got to end up paying, if he's going to contest this thing. A bond, basically for about half a billion dollars. It's 400 something million bucks. The actual fine, or whatever it is, is 360 or 370, but they did the bond on it for bail. It's 400 million. It's ridiculous.

Speaker 1:

The governor up there, what me? Huckle, hochill, huckle, whatever her name is, skank, skank, aquina, skankamrina she comes out because, oh, they have shit in their own Easter basket on this thing, and so they're telling other businesses, other businesses, look, look, look slow. Y'all's roll, y'all slow down. Ain't none of y'all gonna have to face this law. No, trump's just guilty this because it's the way he thinks. What? Oh yeah, that's all this is uniquely for Donald Trump. Oh, that wouldn't be political now, would it? And clearly, now in New York, you can.

Speaker 1:

You're a felon, basically for a, for a, for a thought crime. We don't like how you think Donald Trump pay Now on his own face. That's shitty enough. But, jb, y'all are asking me. But, jb, how are I, the trader of a motor vehicle, my mom band to get the Corvette in my dreams? How are I to a criminal? Here's how you are criminal on the wall.

Speaker 1:

Most people, whenever they trade their vehicle, have an idea what it's worth. Okay, now, the more it's worth, the better. The transaction is going to be in your favor if you're trading it, even if you owe money on it. If it's, the more it's worth, even if you owe more money on it than it's worth. Still, the higher it's worth value, it's a benefit to you. Okay, those of you that aren't stupid see where this is going already.

Speaker 1:

Now I'm going to tell you despite what, because I was in the automobile business for a long time. There's a lot of myths I could dispel. I could do a whole series of myths I can dispel on this. So hold your roll. Let me explain a couple things to you. First of all, you want that vehicle. The dealership wants that vehicle that you're trading in to be worth as much as you say it is. It's a $5,000 piece of crap, and you're just got yourself convinced because you saw something on the internet that that thing's worth, that things were $10,000. Okay, well, I'm pulling for you. Let's go see what I can do in these numbers and there's an appraisal values on stuff like this. But, believe it or not, others are actually trying to squeeze every penny out of it in your favor as possible, because then you're going to be financing less, which means you'll have a lower payment, which means you're more likely to say I'll sign right there. Yes, sir, I will.

Speaker 1:

People don't realize dealers are pulling for you in a transaction, but you know you keep thinking what you're going to think Anywho. So, yeah, so if you go in there and now we're going to take this to the bank and try to get this done, and the bank says, dude, you're 1974 Pinto is only worth five grand, well, dear bank, the customer said it's worth $10,000 and we're going to go with that, oh, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, uh-oh. And no, card dealers are not the bank. So if you've ever thought that anything that you own is worth more than it is, there you go.

Speaker 1:

Now be Donald Trump, where you have no victim in any of this, none, everybody in this transaction. I get you know, I guess the and, to that matter, why is this? Why is the state of New York not suing those lenders? I mean, clearly, donald Trump is a criminal, correct, correct. I mean, ask any libtard on the street. You kept over him for president. He's got 18,000 convictions going on. Right now he's probably got a couple of J walking tickets. We ain't even found out about them things yet. They're coming out. You wait and see, you wait and see. Yep, that's where their brains are.

Speaker 1:

But if he committed a crime and I'm going to tell you something a judge has that duty as well as a judge and a jury, because the question you were supposed to pause at a jury is is to determine if a crime has been committed. Crimes are not the same thing as law. When you murder someone, you kill them. They're dead. Well, that same dead happens in self-defense. One result is I freaking dintical, is it not? There's a logic on this. It's the same thing One's a crime and one isn't Right, but the end results the same.

Speaker 1:

So if Donald Trump is a criminal in this, he this would not have happened had there not been a transaction, had the banks not loaned him the money, despite any old value whatever, had the banks not loaned the man the money, this would have never happened. Correct, correct. And that money did change hands. Trump received money, so this was transactional. Could it not be argued that the banks abetted this, aided and abetted this? I think so. I absolutely think so.

Speaker 1:

Unless you have a victimless crime, unless the crime is victimless, then everybody that supposedly was damaged by this thing is guilty of participating in this crime. It's a thought, patricia James, and these actions of this damn judge, these Marxist assholes. There is no doubt that any person that is intellectually honest, anybody that's intellectually honest and true and is seeking truth, in other words, looking for an actual crime there is no other way to describe this than ludicrous. It is absolutely ludicrous that this is going on. It is a laughable, pitiful display, and their motives and their reasons and their etc. Are blatantly in your face, obvious, and the thing to pay attention to is this there's not, there aren't any politics anymore. This isn't about politicians. This isn't about whether or not you like somebody because they have an R or a D behind their name, or whether or not they're for funding or defunding schools or abortion or whatever.

Speaker 1:

Pick your rainbow flavor of stupid, okay, this isn't about that this is about. This is about new world order, socialism, marxism versus America. And I don't mean America, the good old fashioned, real white and blue put a boot in your ass stuff. I'm talking about the American spirit, worldwide people that truly love freedom. And for years and years and years, this kind of foolishness, this kind of talk, this kind of thinking lurked in the back corners of teachers break rooms and often secret meeting places and stuff like this and college campuses and you know, just in these lurid halls, and slowly but surely it comes out on the main street and mainstream. And the truth is, is that Marxism, socialism, communism, stuff like that? It is the. It is the total opposite of what humans are designed to be and designed to do.

Speaker 1:

Right, you, my friends, and I mean this truly, my friends there's a couple of y'all special out there, I almost want to direct this to. So, if you know. This applies to you at the heart. Take this to heart. Okay, you were not created and put on this planet. No matter what your circumstances are rich man, poor man, beggar man, thief, it doesn't matter. You weren't placed here to be small. You weren't born to suffer as C3PO used to piss wine in Star Wars. You're amazing. You're a child of God.

Speaker 1:

Fred Rogers, mr Rogers, I love Mr Rogers. Neighborhood God, we could use more Mr Rogers these days. I really believe that. But the only thing that I think that Mr Rogers missed today is that you're not special. He said it all the time. You're special. God rest his soul. Great man, brilliant man, great man. But, my lovelies, you are not special. You are unique. Nobody's special. We're all the same. We're all equal. I don't think a lot of me, but I defy anybody that's in my actual inner circle that thinks that would, that wouldn't swear on a stack of Bibles that JB is not racist and JB is not homophobic and JB is not sexist or any number of things.

Speaker 1:

I am a huge fan of the human spirit, the same spirit that the Wright brothers have when we built our first airplane, the one that actually powered itself and could fly. Ingenious, yes, but that I'm not even talking about Henry Ford or Thomas Edison. I'm talking about, like the Wright brothers. I love the idea that we got a plane off the ground into the air to see all the greatness that was there from the sky and that's not done by people that are small thinking, small minded, spoke to their own shadow. What's never said enough is that the world if you'll look at world history or biblical history, you know United States was was different.

Speaker 1:

She came out of nowhere, basically, and all of human history, and here was this place where people got together and it's like you know what we have. We have fresh clay here. We can mold and shape this, and our founding fathers are smart enough to realize that making something in our own image as flawed human beings could be problematic, and so they wrote a simple constitution to make sure we kept government small and people big, and people can work out their own problems. We can solve this. We can do this because we're we're, we're big, we're adulting in the largest sense. We're governing ourselves, because up to that time, governance meant somebody sitting on a throne somewhere, making you as small as possible, and that's not what humans are designed to be, any human, of any race, of any sex. No, and America was the place that you could make that difference. America's where you could go and be as big as you wanted to be and I don't mean a flash in the pan or financial. I hope you get my meaning but you can go be big. So I get it.

Speaker 1:

And the people in White House and most of the people in Congress and most people around the world especially for their own people, but certainly for America they detest that. They love that and you talk, people talk about Trump derangement syndrome. What they've got is America derangement syndrome. They hate you. They hate you for having hopes and dreams and the ability to be big. So don't crawl into safe spaces and don't try to be small and grab your blankie and your pass here every time something gets a little rough. That's when you grow is in the rough patches, not on the sun shining. You grow when it's tough.

Speaker 1:

And the people making the news right now beating up on Trump in the courtrooms and on the news channels and everything else Trump's just a guy. Never met him. My wife made him. I've never met him. He's a guy. He's just a guy. He's another. Jb said he's filthy, stinging rich, not that they have their way, but you know what I mean. But it's not Trump that they hate, it's you for wanting to be big and they want you scared. This whole thing with this thing of Trump says this look, you do whatever you want to, but you start speaking out and acting out.

Speaker 1:

Let's, let's back up a second. Let's not forget that on the campaign trail, when Trump announced I mean within a week or two of announcing his campaign back in 2015, 16, whenever it was the Trump organizations got their shit together. They know every. They made their business their business. Okay, that's why they're super successful at it. They understand their brand, which means their standards and what they project, and they understand the business that they've got on how to run and operate that thing. No one else could do it because no one else is them. I don't think Trump can run Nike. Nike's pretty good at Nike. They would suck at trying to run Trump's organization. Okay, but their whole Obama.

Speaker 1:

Trump pointed out that the Obama, the Obama's White House, was already spying on their phone conversations and nobody would give that a listen. We find out years later that he was 1000 million percent. Right Now, campaigns do all kind of stupid shit they do. But Obama wasn't running again, he was done, he was out. So that's party and worse than party, it was probably government slash deep state, because they got a pretty good gig going and they don't need some outside that they can't buy off or they can't find dirt on.

Speaker 1:

I'm sorry Trump broke this law. I would feel better about or I could see more the crap going on with Trump if it weren't for the fact that every legal part out there party out there that's got him in a courthouse right now is consulting with the fucking White House on it. White House staff has assisted every one of these legal operations and getting Trump banged in the head. That is not justice, my friends. It's just not. It's pure corrupt. And this is where I'm going with this. They don't care that. You know it. They're proving to you that if you protest, if you step out of line, if you do anything, they will harass the living shit out of you and do their best to destroy your life not in the back rooms anymore, not in college campuses or teachers lounges or in little halls of hiddenness out in the damn street. And you will shut the hell up about it because it's not about Trump. He's just the whipping boy for all this.

Speaker 1:

I used to call sheeple sheep. That's too easy. You know what you are. You're a goldfish in a bowl. Goldfish, because at least a sheep can roam the pastures and find some grass to chew on. A goldfish can't do shit. Hey Goldfish, how's your day going? I'll translate that for you in a minute. Translated says I'm tired of swimming around in the left hand circle all day long. Well, if you're big brother, you know the one that has all the fish flakes and can change your water for you so you don't dive dirty water. And or oxygen deprivation. The one that, if they choose on a whim, will try to keep your bow out of direct sunlight so you don't fry in that damn magnifying glass of a bowl. The other ones that tell you if you don't like the left hand, turn, swim to the freaking right hand. If you're lucky, I'll let you swim at all. What else? Goldfish? That's who they are. That goldfish can scream and protest all they want to, and they do this. You want some more food. I'll feed you, but I'll decide You'll have nothing and you'll like it.

Speaker 1:

Vegetarians are that way. You want to understand these assholes. Vegetarians are those assholes you can apply this to the ABCD123XYZ crowd that wants to have a dick cut off their dick, whatever they're doing, and put a dress on or not have a dress on. You better call it a woman crowd. This is how their shit works. Most of all, there's snotty about everything because they're miserable. I'm a vegetarian and if you're me or one like me, my lovely third-rate audience, I'll look at you and go okay, because I don't give a fuck. Have a carrot stick, knock stuff out. Here's your equal justice. But that's not good enough for them. Well, I don't eat meat, so they should outlaw meat. That's what should happen, because for those assholes staying in their own lanes not enough, it's never enough, because they're vile, nasty, terrible, horrible. I can go on for days doing this.

Speaker 1:

People, if you can even classify them as people, you're not a militia. You can't have a gun to defend your house. The fuck I can't. A there's a constitution. B it's natural law. I can defend myself any way that I want to. A gun's an equalizer. I'm five foot eight. I weigh 170 pounds. A big guy, I ain't Okay. But if I want to defend myself, I've got to be right to. Well, that's what we're here for. We're the keepers of the goldfish food and you'll swim in a fucking left hand circle. The fuck, no, uh-uh, this is my shit. You defend the borders and make sure we can do trades between the two states without a bunch of bullshit going on, that is, and carry the mail. That is literally the role of the federal government, just so you'll know, look it up, and they don't even do that. That border is a whole different episode, but you will do as we say.

Speaker 1:

Now here comes orange man I guess he's a goldfish too, right, he's orange, he's a little carp. And he says I got nothing to lose, fuck y'all government. And, by the way, since I'm up here telling y'all to fuck yourselves and I've got access to everything, y'all, some, some bitches, this shit ain't right. And here come the some bitches in broad daylight out of the back rooms going oh no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. You got a bad phone call Ukraine. You told your people, those like you, those dangerous maga people, to storm the capital and to stop democracy on January 6th, when anybody that can listen to a speech or read an accurate transcript of it go. That's bullshit. No, we didn't. I remember him buying everybody plane tickets and gas money to be up there.

Speaker 1:

Pretty sure folks did it on their own and their actions will drive someone who is letting out their magic, your right brother's moment, which might be just right in front of you. You were so close about to make every dream you've ever wanted to have happen happen. But if you've been taught to be meek or weak or frail, or you need your safe space or you're hiding in your own shadow, it is so easy for those assholes and the social media, the social media, everything, tick, tock, everything out there you don't understand is wired to dick with that natural spirit inside of you and to stop and crush that. The major news networks play along with it. Politicians play along with it, the people that manipulate the strings in the back of it, the people that provide social media to you everything plays a part in it. There are good folks in all those organizations, but for its largest part it is really important to rotten and evil and dark and dirty to the core.

Speaker 1:

And if you don't keep that fire lit or don't find the strength to kindle it and grow that and let it blossom and bloom and you go be big, they will win, and I don't mean win the White House again. I don't mean when Congress or some contestable race. They will win the battle for this country and actually, more importantly, your soul. Don't let your light go out. Be the better person and tell those around you that you love them and that it's okay and things are going to work out and we're going to find answers and we're going to lean on each other's backs and we've got each other six and we are going to take this thing and we are going to win and we are going to shine like nobody's ever shined before. Why? Because God loves you and he gave you a country to do it in there were, anything is possible. That's why. Check us out at GiveZerocom.
