Fatigue

I've been killing myself. Cortisol Fatigue, while not medically acknowledged IS a thing (They don't have a pill for it, so, why recognize it? hmmmmm...) and you really need to be aware of it! I was burning out hard and my body was breaking down. Listen and see if this applies to you.
